Located in the Duluth's original 1889 City Hall building in the heart of the Historic Arts and Theatre (HART) District is downtown Duluth’s newest boutique hotel, The Oliver Inn. We created each of our rooms with special care to preserve our historic building and its original character. Each room commemorates a local historic figure whose courage to live their dream shaped the city we all know and love today.
